Greenhouse glass, polycarbonate, and additional louvre windows can ONLY be delivered when ordered in conjunction with a greenhouse frame.

Delivery may be by a large articulated type lorry so access must be good. If this might cause a problem then please advise at the time of ordering.

All orders are acknowledged with a receipt of purchase and you will be contacted prior to delivery. Delivery will normally be made within 21-28 working days from receipt of your order. Non standard buildings may take longer. Payment will not be drawn down until the unit is ready for despatch.

Any problems relating to the product must be reported within 7 days from receipt of delivery. Any claim being made must be supported by your receipt of purchase.
